Group Cancellation Policy

You can amend or cancel your group session without charge, so long as you give 48 hours clear notice. If you have booked a set of sessions you will need to advise us of any amendments before the start of the first session. Once the block booking has begun there will be no refund for cancellations or amendments. The notice must be weekdays and not weekend notice. You will need to advise any amendment of cancellation of a group booking to info@wildrockclimbing.co.uk
