Your
safety is paramount at Wild Rock.
Important: Rock Climbing whether indoors or outdoors,
is a potentially dangerous activity and we must draw your attention
to the British Mountaineering Council Participation Statement:
"The
BMC recognises that climbing and mountaineering are activities with
a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities
should be responsible for their own actions and involvement."
Whether
you are a registered Wild Rock climber or visiting us for a course or
instruction we go to great lengths to ensure you are as safe as possible.
While
the ultimate responsibility lies with yourself, our staff are on hand
to spot unsafe climbing practices that might put a climber and those
around them in danger. The safe operation and management of a climbing
wall is a complex process where statutory requirements and duty of care
are of paramount importance.
We
also have stringent regular safety checks in place for all our equipment.
While
we cannot guarantee anyone's safety while visiting Wild Rock, you will
be pleased to learn that we have an excellent safety record in an industry
that is already declared a low risk against many other sports.

you need more details of our safety procedures, please contact us.
